What would you like to use your Tool Labs account for?

Hello,

I'm in researcher in social media, and I want to use this data for do research.

I'm not sure whether I'm spaming with these requests. But I understood that I've already have access, however, when I try to login I receive the following message:

Am I doing something wrong?
