k8s upgrade workgroup progress

• Huge update on the documentation

• Francesco out next week, so might be delayed, but confident it will happen before next monthly
• Lots of things to learn and check, but no real issues found, seems like a smooth upgrade ahead
• AB: can you give an estimate of the hours you spent on the upgrade?
  • FN: ~23h so far
  • There was some overhead because I never did an upgrade before
  • Estimate of 2-to-3 weeks of FTE workload

OKR progress

Toolforge UI

• Working on scoping the MVP
• Conducting usability tests
• The wrap up of the hypothesis will include the MVP definition and the challenges/decisions left to make (ex. Striker integration, etc.)
• Consulting the community is something that we want to do but there's no clear timing or guide on how to get it done (and we might not have enough time)

Sustainability score

• Next week will create a plan on how to continue

• Almost there!
• Should we create a “closed alpha”/”closed beta” where some users can test the new feature before it’s available for everyone?
• We can ask both WMF staff and other users if they want to help with testing
