Read over the whole document one more time. By now, all of the text highlighted in yellow should be gone; if any is left, you can clean it up (after making sure the instructions were followed).
If anything in the document isn't satisfactory to all the responsible teams, now's the time to reach an agreement. It's also strongly recommended to have the draft reviewed by the team managing SLOs at the Wikimedia Foundation; you can contact RLazarus from Service Ops SRE.
When that's all done, follow the Publication instructions in the SLO Runbook.
You're done; congratulations!
