What we've accomplished

Search Update Pipeline

• New repository, https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/repos/search-platform/cirrus-reindex-orchestrator/. Orchestrates full-cluster reindex. Has completed cloudelastic, and is running against eqiad and codfw now. General idea is a one-touch reindex procedure. Interacting with SUP backfilling required re-thinking how we orchestrate this.
