• was missing docs how to determine currently active server - added
• was missing docs how to determine currently installed version - added
• assuming upgrades are always done on passive server first - but there is no daemon running there
• curl command provided does not work, missing info that proxy has to be set? - downloaded locally and uploaded with scp
• /opt/otrs/var/log/TicketCounter.log that docs say to copy around does not exist on either server
• command to fix permissions ends with "Unknown option: otrs-group, Unknown option: web-user", should run without any args per upstream
• command containing $1 won't work without setting $1 to something and before $VERSION was used: sudo ln -sfn /opt/znuny-$1 /opt/otrs
• sudo -u otrs /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild fails when mysql is readonly - so can't run on passive server?!, then ends with "Error: System was unable to create PID for RebuildConfig!"
• rebuild command ends with " Message: There was a problem writing XML to DB." on passive server, same problem as above, different results
• sudo service vrts-daemon start fails on passive server because service does not exist
• last step says "after performing the upgrades" (means on BOTH servers?) to sync from active server. replaced outdated server name vrts1001 with vrts1003.
• docs missing a note about setting downtimes - leading to alerts and ticket creation about exim4 not running
• replaced outdated server names vrts1001 and vrts2001
• sync command from docs fails with: 2025.02.24 21:07:44 LOG3[0]: Error resolving "vtrs1003.eqiad.wmnet": Neither nodename nor servname known (EAI_NONAME) - 2025.02.24 21:07:44 LOG3[0]: No remote host resolved
• password in pwstore isn't sufficient to login because a second factor is needed
