Zulip

Tool Labs is probably not the best place for a Zulip instance. It would probably be better to make a proper Labs project for that so you can have full control of VMs for hosting that type of service. One thing to be aware of when setting up a service like Zulip is that using password authentication inside of Labs or Tool Labs is forbidden by the TOU.
